Integration of Climate Change Provisions in State Authority Governing Municipal Planning: Experiences outside New Jersey
In the face of climate change, the United States has seen a progression of state-level action that promotes and sometimes requires local government action on climate planning. This working paper provides an overview and comparison of six state laws that focus on establishing resilience components as part of local government planning.
