Registration
All Session Panelists, Oral Presenters, and Poster Session Presenters must register for the symposium and should do so as soon as possible. Please register no later than May 15th.
Parking Registration Required
If you are a visitor to Rutgers, you must register your vehicle to park. Parking registration is separate from symposium registration.

How and by when do I submit my presentation?
Session Panel leads and Oral Presenters will be receiving a link to a Box site to upload your FINAL PowerPoint presentation no later than 5pm Tuesday, May 30th. Your presentation file name should be in the following format: LastName_First Name_Session ID _Session Name
How will the sessions flow?
How much time do I have for my talk? Each presenter is limited to 15 minutes max. Please prepare accordingly to respect your colleagues’ time. Panel leads and session moderators will provide a brief introduction. Following the presentations, they will facilitate 10-15 minutes of audience Q&A. The speakers will be given a 5-minute and a 1-minute warning.
When and where do I report for my session?
Session Panelists and Oral Presenters should report to their respective presentation locations 15 minutes before their panel is scheduled to begin.
Poster Session Presenter Information/ Guidelines
What are the poster requirements?
Posters should be no larger than 36×48 inches. We will provide easels, foam core boards, and clips to fasten posters to the boards.
When and where do I report for the poster session?
Poster Presenters should arrive during the Morning Check-In at 8:30am to set up their poster. Please report to the Multipurpose Room at 2:30pm to start the poster session.

Parking
Visitors may park in Lots 76, 99C, and 99D. View an interactive map and a downloadable map of the Cook and adjacent Douglass campus. Click the button below to register for event parking. Until this process is completed, vehicles are not registered and may receive a citation. Special event parking is only for University visitors. Faculty, staff, and students must park only in lots they are authorized to park in and should not register under the special event parking link.
