State of the Climate: New Jersey 2025
Join us for a review of our annual report – State of the Climate: New Jersey – a summary of current scientific information on climate trends and projections in New Jersey.
The report provides an overview of outstanding 2025 weather events, followed by an in-depth analysis of historical climate data and future projections for New Jersey. The authors focus on temperature, sea-level rise, precipitation, extreme events (including the June 2025 heat wave), and indicators of climate change in New Jersey and our region that provide community-scale effects and how these relate to economic and health impacts.
