Bill to enshrine protections has stalled in Trenton
TED GOLDBERG / NJ SPOTLIGHT NEWS – As new rules are being weighed for heat standards in New Jersey’s workplaces, the federal Occupational Safety and Health Administration recently resolved a case against a New Jersey-based company after one of its employees died on the job last July.
