Stafford Township, New Jersey Helping Residents Elevate Homes to Combat Rising Sea Levels

VANESSA MURDOCK / CBS NEW YORK – Homes in Manahawkin sit just feet from man-made lagoons, but even on a lovely day, water rises above bulkheads.
