This webinar is an overview of New Jersey’s Rising Seas and Changing Coastal Storms — a report of the 2025 Science and Technical Advisory Panel convened by Rutgers University at the request of the NJ Department of Environmental Protection.
The authors identify, evaluate, and summarize the most current science on sea-level rise and changing coastal storms. The report includes detailed sea-level rise projections, assessments regarding changing coastal storms, and summaries of sea-level rise and changing coastal storm impacts on New Jersey ecosystems.
