On Earth Day, Biden announced $7 billion in grant funding. NJ will receive $156 million
TOM JOHNSON / NJ SPOTLIGHT NEWS – New Jersey will receive $156 million in federal grants to help bring clean solar energy to thousands of households in low-income and disadvantaged communities across the state, many of which are saddled with unhealthy air pollution.
The awards, announced on Earth Day by the Biden administration, are part of $7 billion under the Solar for All grant competition created by the Inflation Reduction Act. …
