NJ gets $72M to build flood-resilient projects
Federal Inflation Reduction Act sets aside $575 million nationwide on prevention work
TED GOLDBERG / NJ SPOTLIGHT NEWS – Thanks to a new federal grant, New Jersey’s communities will have $72 million to help build flood-resilient structures. The grant, funded by the Inflation Reduction Act, totals $575 million nationwide and will give New Jersey the third-largest piece of the pie compared to other states.
