This report was prepared by Rutgers University in consultation with the New Jersey Climate Change and Public Health Working Group of the New Jersey Climate Change Alliance. A draft version of this report was issued in February 2017. The Alliance received public comments on the draft report and made revisions to address the comments in this final version.
